Cynaptec Pharmaceuticals, a subsidiary of Lobe Sciences Ltd. (CSE: LOBE; OTCQB: LOBEF), has developed L-130, a patented, chemically stable salt of psilocin with greater than two-year shelf life. A completed first-in-man study demonstrated near-complete bioavailability and notably consistent Cmax and Tmax across all subjects. Subjects reported anxiolytic effects without hallucinations at 2 mg psilocin equivalent. IND-enabling toxicology completes this year, supporting INDs in chronic cluster headache, PTSD, substance use disorder, and anxiety.
