Gerard Zitnik, PhD, MBA is director worldwide medical neuroscience at Bristol Myers Squibb. His previous industry experience has included Karuna Therapeutics, Idorsia Pharmaceuticals, and Otsuka Pharmaceutical. He received his PhD in neuroscience from Drexel University College of Medicine and continued his academic research as T32 fellow in neuropsychopharmacology at the University of Pennsylvania/Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. He was awarded a science and technology Policy Fellowship from the American Association for the Advance of Science (AAAS), working in the US Department of Justice. Additionally, he previously served as an adjunct professor of Psychology at LaSalle University.
